Why Red Bird?
In 2015, Hudson Gallery, Fuller Art House, and Flanders Creatives gathered around a dining room table, exchanging wild ideas that would ultimately give rise to what is now known as Red Bird Sylvania. The vision was simple yet ambitious: to use creative branding as a catalyst for downtown activity and to help define the purpose of a growing city.
Today, we celebrate our regionally known fine art galleries, our family-owned breweries, our unique gift shops with handmade local offerings, our florists and restaurants too. Sylvania is a true poster of goodness, culture, diversity and creative funk – built from the roots of who we authentically are.
As we continue to grow and navigate – let’s remain invested in community, our neighbors and a future that sets us apart.
