Migration season is here and will bring a lot of traffic to our region.
Let’s celebrate Birding Week together with the following First Friday events:
- Natures Nursery will be joining us with rescued live birds
- The Nature Conservancy will have an educational exhibit on Oak Openings plants
- The Sylvania Tree Commission will have a booth highlighting trees and wildflowers that are good for pollinators
- Oak Openings Region Conservation (OORC) will be sharing important info on the Oak Openings Region
- Wild Ones will be joining us with free Native seed packets
