    Red Bird Sylvania is FOR THE BIRDS!

    Migration season is here and will bring a lot of traffic to our region.

    Let’s celebrate Birding Week together with the following First Friday events:

    • Natures Nursery will be joining us with rescued live birds
    • The Nature Conservancy will have an educational exhibit on Oak Openings plants
    • The Sylvania Tree Commission will have a booth highlighting trees and wildflowers that are good for pollinators
    • Oak Openings Region Conservation (OORC) will be sharing important info on the Oak Openings Region
    • Wild Ones will be joining us with free Native seed packets

    **Join Ornithologist, Pete Blank from the Nature conservancy on a birding tour in Harroun Park on May 18th 8-10 AM **
